All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has been successfully processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

No Refunds Policy 

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Customer remorse or change of mind.

Incorrect size or color selection by the customer.

Items not meeting subjective expectations of quality or appearnce (as images are representative).

Delivery delays outside of our control. 

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. 

 

No Returns or Exchanges Policy 

Every item sold on our website is designated as Final Sale.

Due to hygiene reasons and to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We will not accept any returned item, even if unopened or unworn, as all sales are final. 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items Received 

We take great care in inspecting and packing every order. However, in the rare instance that you receive an item that is genuinely defectiv (e.g a major manufacturing flaw not related to material texture or color variation) or incorrect ( a completely different item than whta you ordered)

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, evidenced by the carrier's tracking confirmation. 

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect?terror ant the original packaging. 

 

Sizing and Fit Guidance 

Customers are solely responsible for consulting the provided sizing chart on each product page. Measurments are approximate and variations may occur.

We are not responsible for items that do not fit as expected, as our sizing guide is provided as a refence. No returns or exchanges will be accepted based on fit.
